Responsibilities
Perform PT evaluation and diagnose movement dysfunction; use interventions to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.

SHIFT:

*This is a SPLIT position -- 20 hours at each location, which is usually 2 days/week at each location (four 10-hour days).

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Physical Therapist bachelor degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's/Doctorate degree acquired from a Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy (CAPTE) accredited program.

An ideal Therapist will have experience working in an out patient setting.

Must be willing to work a SPLIT position -- 20 hours at each location, which is usually 2 days/week at each location (four 10-hour days).

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

Current State of Michigan licensure required.

Current CPR certification (or obtain witin 90 days of hire).
